About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful and research-driven Curatorial Assistant to support the development of our online exhibitions, public programmes and journal content. This role is ideal for a young creative interested in curating as a tool for social change.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on artists, themes,and critical frameworks
• Assist in developing curatorial concepts for digital programmes
• Support selection processes (open calls, submissions)
• Draft exhibition texts, artist introductions, and interpretive materials
• Contribute to editorial direction of the online journal

Requirements
Emerging curators, writers or SHAPE (social sciences, humanities and the arts for people and the economy) students/graduates

Candidate must be based in Gauteng
